SnapFactor is designed to minimize collection of personal information. This policy describes information that may be processed when using the SnapFactor Discord bot and related Discord services.

Depending on how SnapFactor Discord features develop, the bot may process limited technical information such as:

• Discord server IDs
• Discord channel IDs
• Discord role information
• Bot command or interaction metadata
• Basic diagnostic and error information

3. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect

SnapFactor is not designed to collect:

• Discord passwords
• Discord authentication tokens
• Payment card information
• Private authentication credentials
• Direct-message contents unless a future feature explicitly requires it

4. Message Content

SnapFactor does not intend to broadly archive Discord conversation history.

If future features require processing message content, this policy will be updated before those features are introduced.

5. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to operate Discord functionality, provide role- or channel-based features, respond to bot interactions, diagnose errors, secure the service and improve SnapFactor.

6. Third Parties

SnapFactor operates through Discord and may rely on hosting, analytics, sports-data and other service providers.

Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

7. Payments and Memberships

If paid memberships are introduced, payment processing may be performed by providers such as Patreon or other payment platforms.

SnapFactor does not intend to directly store payment-card information.

8. Data Retention

SnapFactor aims to retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for operating, securing and improving the service.

9. Sale of Personal Information

SnapFactor does not sell personal information.

This policy may be updated as SnapFactor develops new features. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
