Discord Bot Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SnapFactor provides automated NFL statistics, forecasts, alerts, analytical model outputs and related informational content through Discord and other SnapFactor services.

2. Informational and Entertainment Use

SnapFactor content is provided for informational, research and entertainment purposes.

Forecasts are probabilistic estimates. They are not guarantees of sporting outcomes, wagering results, financial returns or profit.

3. Age and Legal Requirements

Users must satisfy Discord's applicable minimum-age requirements.

Gambling-related information or discussion is intended only for individuals legally permitted to participate in wagering in their jurisdiction.

You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply where you live.

4. No Guarantee of Availability or Accuracy

SnapFactor may experience outages, delayed data, incomplete data, incorrect information, third-party API failures or other interruptions.

SnapFactor does not guarantee that any forecast, statistic, alert or other information is complete, current or error-free.

5. User Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through SnapFactor.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not abuse, exploit, interfere with, reverse engineer, compromise, spam or attempt unauthorized access to SnapFactor services or infrastructure.

7. Third-Party Services

SnapFactor may rely on third-party data providers, hosting infrastructure, Discord, sports data providers and other external services.

Availability and accuracy of those services may be outside SnapFactor's control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapFactor and its operators are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on forecasts, analytics, alerts or other information provided through the service.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as SnapFactor develops. Continued use following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
